The QX0530, QX0531, and QX0534 are dual-channel optocouplers featuring electrical insulation between input and output. They incorporate a pair of light-emitting diodes and integrated photodetectors. Independent connection for photodiode bias and output transistor collectors significantly enhances speed, achieving over a hundred times the performance of conventional phototransistor couplers. These devices offer high-speed response (1 Mbit/s), TTL level compatibility, high-density packaging, 3MHz bandwidth, and open collector outputs. They are suitable for high-speed logic ground isolation, replacing pulse transformers, analog signal ground isolation, polarity sensing, and isolated analog amplifiers.
