Product Overview
The QXM501/QXM511 is a single-channel high-speed optocoupler featuring an 850nm AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high-speed photodetector transistor. Separate connections for photodiode bias and output transistor collector significantly enhance speed, offering up to 100 times improvement over conventional phototransistor optocouplers by reducing base-collector capacitance. This device is ideal for high-speed data communication and isolation applications.
