The NSI66x1A is a single-channel reinforced isolated smart gate driver designed for driving IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs in various applications. It offers 10A peak current sourcing and sinking capabilities, supported by robust system protection with a minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/us. Key features include miller clamp, DESAT, UVLO, and soft turn-off, with UVLO and short circuit faults reported through separate pins. The ASC feature provides emergency output forcing for system fault management. The NSI66x1A is ideal for high reliability, power density, and efficiency switching power systems.
