The NSI66x1A is a single-channel reinforced isolated smart gate driver designed for driving IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs in various applications. It offers a peak current capability of 10A for both sourcing and sinking. The driver enhances system robustness with a minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/us and includes essential protection features like miller clamp, DESAT, UVLO, and soft turn-off. Fault reporting for UVLO and short circuits is managed through separate pins. The ASC feature provides an emergency output-on function for system fault management. The NSI66x1A is ideal for high reliability, power density, and efficiency switching power systems.
