Product Overview
The NSi6801 is a single-channel isolated gate driver, pin-compatible with popular opto-coupled gate drivers. It delivers 5A peak current for sourcing and sinking, with a minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/s for enhanced system robustness. Operating up to a 32V supply voltage, its input circuit mimics LEDs but offers superior performance, including better reliability, aging characteristics, higher operating temperatures, shorter propagation delays, and reduced pulse width distortion. This makes the NSi6801 an ideal replacement for opto-isolated drivers in high-reliability, power-dense, and efficient switching power systems.
