The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators offering robust isolation with support for multiple withstand voltages (3.75kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms). They provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. Key features include a data rate up to 150Mbps, common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us, digital channel direction configuration, and default output level configuration upon power loss. The wide supply voltage range allows for direct connection to most digital interfaces, simplifying level shifting and enhancing system-level EMC performance for improved reliability and stability.
