Product Overview
The NSi812x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators offering robust insulation withstand voltages (3.75kVrms, 5kVrms), superior electromagnetic immunity, and low emissions with minimal power consumption. They support data rates up to 150Mbps and achieve common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 150kV/us. The devices provide configurable digital channel direction and default output levels upon loss of input power. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection to most digital interfaces, simplifying level shifting. Enhanced system-level EMC performance ensures high reliability and stability. An AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) option is available for all devices.
