Product Overview

The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators. They are safety certified by UL1577 and support various insulation withstand voltages (3.75kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms), offering high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. With a data rate up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us, these isolators provide digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon input power loss. Their wide supply voltage range allows for direct connection with most digital interfaces, facilitating level shifting. The high system-level EMC performance enhances reliability and stability.
