The NSi814xS devices are small package quad-channel digital isolators offering 3kVrms insulation withstand voltages, high electromagnetic immunity, and low power consumption. They support data rates up to 150Mbps and boast a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 150kV/us. These isolators provide digital channel direction and default output level configuration upon loss of input power, simplifying level shifting with their wide supply voltage range. They enhance system reliability and stability through high system-level EMC performance.
