The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators offering robust insulation withstand voltages (up to 5kVrms), high electromagnetic immunity, and low emissions with minimal power consumption. They support data rates up to 150Mbps and boast a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 250kV/us. The NSi822x provides flexible digital channel direction and default output level configurations for power loss scenarios. Its wide supply voltage range simplifies direct connection to most digital interfaces, enabling easy level shifting. These isolators enhance system reliability and stability with high EMC performance and are available with AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) qualification.
