High speed digital isolator NOVOSENSE SP401AW1-DSWR with 10Mbps data rate and UL 1577 certification
Product Overview
The SP301A/401A/603A are high-reliability, enhanced digital isolators specifically designed for smart meters. They meet UL1577 5kV isolation withstand voltage requirements and offer high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation. With data rates up to 10Mbps, based on innovative Adaptive OOK technology, they achieve a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 200kV/us. The output defaults to a high level when the input is powered down. A wide supply voltage range allows direct interfacing with most MCUs and digital interfaces, providing convenient level shifting. Excellent system-level electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance enhances reliability and stability.
