NOVOSENSE NSi8242W0 Q1SWR quad channel isolator with RoHS compliant package and high ESD protection
Product Overview
The NSi824x devices are high reliability quad-channel digital isolators offering safety certification by UL1577. They support various insulation withstand voltages (3kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms) while providing high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption. With data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us, these isolators feature digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon power loss. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection to most digital interfaces, simplifying level shifting. The devices enhance system reliability and stability through high system-level EMC performance and are available with AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) qualification.
