The NSi824x devices are high reliability quad-channel digital isolators offering up to 5000Vrms insulation voltage. They provide high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption, with data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us. These isolators feature digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon power loss, supporting wide supply voltages for direct connection to most digital interfaces and easy level shifting. They enhance system-level EMC performance for increased reliability and stability.
