The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators. Certified by UL1577, they support various insulation withstand voltages (3.75kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms), offering high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. The NSi822x series provides data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us. These isolators feature digital channel direction configuration and default output level settings during input power loss. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces, facilitating level shifting. The high system-level EMC performance enhances reliability and stability.
