Product Overview
The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators offering robust insulation withstand voltages (up to 5kVrms) with high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. They support data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us. The devices provide digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon loss of input power. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces, facilitating level shifting and enhancing system-level EMC performance for increased reliability and stability.
