The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators. They are safety certified by UL1577 and support several insulation withstand voltages (3.75kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms), offering high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. With data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us, the NSi822x devices provide digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon loss of input power. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces, facilitating level shifting and enhancing system-level EMC performance for improved reliability and stability.
