High reliability digital isolator NOVOSENSE NSI8222N0-DSPR with consumption and low propagation delay
Product Overview
The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators. Certified by UL1577, they support insulation withstand voltages of 3.75kVrms, 5kVrms, and 8kVrms, offering high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. These isolators feature data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us. The NSi822x provides digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon loss of input power. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces, facilitating easy level shifting and enhancing system-level EMC performance for improved reliability and stability.
