Product Overview
The NSi1050 is an isolated CAN transceiver fully compatible with the ISO11898-2 standard. It integrates two-channel digital isolators and a high-reliability CAN transceiver based on Novosense's silicon oxide capacity isolation technology. This highly integrated solution simplifies system design and improves reliability. The NSi1050 is safety certified by UL1577, supporting 5kVrms insulation withstand voltages while providing high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions. It offers a data rate of up to 1Mbps, supports at least 110 CAN nodes, and includes thermal protection and a transmit data dominant time-out function.
