Product Overview

The NSi824x devices are high reliability quad-channel digital isolators offering safety certification by UL1577 and support for various insulation withstand voltages (3kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms). They provide high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption. With a data rate up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us, these isolators feature configurable digital channel direction and default output levels upon power loss. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces, facilitating level shifting. Enhanced system-level EMC performance ensures reliability and stability. An AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) option is available for all devices.
