Product Overview
The NSi8266 is a high-reliability, six-channel digital isolator designed for Intelligent Power Module (IPM) applications. It offers safety certification (UL1577) with high insulation withstand voltages (up to 5kV), excellent electromagnetic immunity, and low power consumption. With a data rate of up to 150Mbps and a Common-Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of 200kV/s, the NSi8266 ensures robust performance. Its default low output state upon power loss prevents IPM switching during power-on, while the wide supply voltage range allows direct interface with most digital systems. The integrated interlock function provides shoot-through protection for adjacent channels, enhancing system reliability and preventing IGBT short-circuits within IPMs.
