NSi822x-Q1 High Reliability Dual-Channel Digital Isolators
The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators offering robust insulation withstand voltages (up to 5kVrms), high electromagnetic immunity, and low power consumption. With data rates up to 150Mbps and a Common-Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of up to 250kV/s, these isolators provide digital channel direction and default output level configuration upon power loss. Their wide supply voltage range facilitates direct connection with most digital interfaces, simplifying level shifting. Enhanced system-level EMC performance ensures reliability and stability. An AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) option is available for all devices.
