Product Overview
The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators. They are safety certified by UL1577 and support several insulation withstand voltages (3.75kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms), offering high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. The NSi822x devices feature data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us. They provide digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon loss of input power. The wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces for easy level shifting, enhancing system-level EMC performance for improved reliability and stability.
