The NSi826x devices are high reliability six-channel digital isolators, safety certified by UL1577, supporting insulation withstand voltages of 3kV and 5kV. They offer high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption. With data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 200kV/us, these isolators provide digital channel direction and default output level configuration during power loss. Their wide supply voltage range facilitates direct connection with most digital interfaces for easy level shifting, enhancing system reliability and stability through high EMC performance.
