The NSi824x devices are high reliability quad-channel digital isolators featuring safety certification by UL1577. They support various insulation withstand voltages (3kVrms, 3.75kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms), offering high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. With data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us, the NSi824x provides digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon loss of input power. Their wide supply voltage range facilitates direct connection with most digital interfaces for easy level shifting, and their high system-level EMC performance enhances reliability and stability.
