The NSi8210 is a high-reliability single-channel digital isolator designed for demanding applications. It offers robust insulation withstand voltages (up to 5kVrms), high electromagnetic immunity, and low emissions with minimal power consumption. The device supports data rates up to 150Mbps and features a high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 200kV/s. The NSi8210 provides default output level configuration upon input power loss and supports a wide supply voltage range, enabling direct connection with most digital interfaces for easy level shifting. Its high system-level EMC performance enhances reliability and stability. An AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) option is available for all devices.
