The NSI824x devices are high reliability quad-channel digital isolators offering safety certification by UL1577. They support various insulation withstand voltages (3kVrms, 3.75kVrms, 5kVrms, 8kVrms) while providing high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption. With a data rate up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us, these devices feature digital channel direction configuration and default output level configuration upon input power loss. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces for easy level shifting, enhancing system-level EMC performance for improved reliability and stability.
