Product Overview

The NSi824x devices are high reliability quad-channel digital isolators featuring safety certification by UL1577, supporting 5kV insulation withstand voltage. They offer high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption. With data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 200kV/us, these isolators provide digital channel direction and default output level configuration options. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection to most digital interfaces for easy level shifting, enhancing system reliability and stability through high EMC performance. An AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) option is available.
