The NSI826x devices are high reliability six-channel digital isolators offering robust insulation withstand voltages (3kV, 5kV), high electromagnetic immunity, and low power consumption. They support data rates up to 150Mbps and boast a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 200kV/s. The NSI826x features configurable digital channel directions and default output levels during power loss, along with a wide supply voltage range for easy level shifting. These isolators enhance system reliability and stability through high system-level EMC performance.
