The NSi824x devices are high reliability quad-channel digital isolators offering robust insulation withstand voltages up to 5kVrms, high electromagnetic immunity, and low emissions with low power consumption. They support data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us. The devices feature digital channel direction and default output level configuration upon power loss, along with a wide supply voltage range for direct interfacing and level shifting. These isolators enhance system reliability and stability through high system-level EMC performance.
