Product Overview
The NSi822x devices are high reliability dual-channel digital isolators, safety certified by UL1577, supporting insulation withstand voltages up to 5kVrms. They offer high electromagnetic immunity, low emissions, and low power consumption. With data rates up to 150Mbps and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 250kV/us, these isolators provide digital channel direction and default output level configuration. Their wide supply voltage range allows direct connection with most digital interfaces, simplifying level shifting and enhancing system reliability and stability. An AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) option is available.
