Product Overview

The MPS2733-1 is a compact surface-mount optocoupler designed for seamless integration into surface-mount assembly processes. This high-voltage photocoupler features an infrared light-emitting diode made of gallium arsenide coupled with a Darlington phototransistor that includes an integrated base-emitter resistor. With a VCEO rating exceeding 300V, the MPS2733-1 offers an input-output isolation voltage of 3750Vrms(min.). It is ideally suited for applications in switching power supplies, intelligent instrumentation, industrial control, measurement instruments, office equipment like copiers, and home appliances such as air conditioners, fans, and water heaters.
