Product Overview

The Miracle Technology MPC354 Series is an AC input photo transistor coupler designed for high isolation applications. It features two AlGaAs infrared emitting diodes optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector in a plastic SOP4 package. With a robust coplanar double mold structure, it provides stable isolation of 3750 VRMS. The series offers CTR flexibility and operates across a wide temperature range of -55 C to 110 C. It is REACH compliant, Halogen free, and MSL class 1 rated. Applications include AC line monitoring, programmable controllers, telephone line interfaces, system appliances, and measurement instruments.
