The MP3H7 series are DC input photo transistor couplers housed in a SSOP4 package, designed with an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode and a silicon planar phototransistor detector. Featuring a robust coplanar double mold structure, these couplers offer highly stable isolation up to 3750 VRMS. They are suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -55 C to 100 C and are compliant with REACH and Halogen-free standards.
