The MP3184 Series is a 3A Output Current, High Speed MOSFET/IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler designed for efficient power device control. It features high noise immunity with 50kV/s (Typ.) common mode rejection, a wide operating temperature range of -40C to 110C, and a broad operating VDD range from 15V to 30V. This optocoupler offers fast switching speeds, rail-to-rail output, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection optimized for driving IGBTs. It is ideal for applications such as IGBT/MOSFET gate drive, Plasma Display Panels, DC/DC converters, high-performance UPS, and switching power supplies. The device is packaged in an 8-pin DIP housing compatible with 260C reflow processes.
