The MP3184 Series is a high-speed, 3A output current gate driver optocoupler designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It features high noise immunity with a common mode rejection of 50kV/s (Typ.) at 2,000V, an operating temperature range of -40C to 110C, and a wide operating VDD range of 15V to 30V. The device offers fast switching speeds, rail-to-rail output, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection optimized for IGBTs. Ideal applications include plasma display panels, DC/DC converters, high-performance UPS, and switching power supplies.
