Product Overview
The MP350A Series is a high-performance DIP8 package photo coupler designed as a gate driver for IGBT and MOSFET applications. It integrates a GaAlAs infrared LED with a high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC, offering guaranteed performance up to 100. Featuring an internal Faraday shield for 15 kV/s common-mode transient immunity and a totem-pole output capable of sinking and sourcing current, the MP350A is ideal for industrial inverters, switching power supplies, and inverters for home appliances. It provides robust protection with Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) and operates within a wide VCC range of 15 to 30 V, ensuring reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
