Product Overview
The MP350A is a high-performance DIP8 package photo coupler designed as a gate driver for IGBT and MOSFET applications. It features a GaAlAs infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. The MP350A offers a 2.5A peak output current, excellent Common Mode Rejection (CMR) of 15 kV/s, and a low output voltage (VOL) of 0.5V maximum. With a wide operating VCC range of 15 to 30V and fast switching speeds up to 400 ns, it is ideal for industrial inverters, switching power supplies, and inverters for home appliances. The device includes Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis and operates reliably across an industrial temperature range of -40C to 110C.
