The DPC-817 series are optically coupled isolators featuring a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. They offer high isolation voltage (5000 Vrms), creepage distance greater than 7.62mm, and an operating temperature range up to +110C. These compact, Pb-free, and RoHS-compliant components are UL approved and suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances in various applications.
