Product Overview
The LTV-305X-SN series is a range of 4-pin Mini-Flat package photocouplers featuring non-zero-cross optoisolators with triac driver output. These devices offer high isolation voltage (3,750Vrms), high repetitive peak off-state voltage (min. 600V), and a high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage (min. 1000V/ms). They are suitable for various applications including motor controls, solid-state relays, and triggering high-power thyristors and triacs.
