The LITE-ON MOC3063-A SERIES are 5-pin DIP zero-cross opto-isolators with triac driver output. They offer high input-output isolation voltage (5,000Vrms), high repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM: Min. 600V), and high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage (dv/dt: Min. 600V/s). These photocouplers are suitable for motor controls, solid-state relays, triggering high-power thyristors and triacs, and household equipment.
