The LTV-305X series are 4-pin mini-flat package non-zero-cross optoisolators with triac driver output. They offer high repetitive peak off-state voltage and a high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage, making them suitable for triggering high power thyristor and triac devices. Applications include motor controls, solid-state relays, and household use equipment.
