The LITE-ON MOC302X series photocouplers are 6-pin DIP devices featuring triac driver output. They offer high isolation voltage (5,000Vrms) and a high repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM min. 400V) with a high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage (dV/dt MIN. 1000V / s). Available in standard DIP, wide lead spacing, surface mounting, and tape and reel packaging options, these photocouplers are suitable for various AC power control applications.
