The LITE-ON MOC302X series photocouplers are 6-pin DIP devices designed for triac driver output applications. They offer high isolation voltage (5,000Vrms) and a high repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of up to 400V. The series features a high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage (dV/dt) of MIN. 1000V / s. Available in various package types including dual-in-line, wide lead spacing, surface mounting, and tape and reel, these photocouplers are suitable for a wide range of AC power control applications.
