The LITE-ON MOC3020 THRU MOC3023 SERIES are 6-pin DIP photocouplers with Triac driver output. They offer high input-output isolation voltage (Viso = 5,000Vrms), high repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM: Min. 400V), and a high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage (dV/dt: Min.1000V / s). These photocouplers are designed for applications such as motor controls, solid-state relays, triggering high-power thyristors and triacs, and household equipment.
