LITE-ON MOC3063 SERIES Photocoupler
The LITE-ON MOC3063 Series are 6-pin DIP zero-cross optoisolators with a triac driver output, designed for AC motor drives, starters, contactors, lighting controls, solenoid/valve controls, solid-state relays, static power switches, and temperature controls. They offer high repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM Min. 600V) and a high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage (dv/dt MIN. 1000V / s), with an isolation voltage of 5,000Vrms. Available in Dual-in-line (MOC3063), Wide lead spacing (MOC3063M), and Surface mounting (MOC3063S) packages, with tape and reel packaging (MOC3063S-TA1) also available. These products are UL / CSA / FIMKO / VDE* approved and RoHS compliant.
