LITE-ON MOC3083 SERIES Photocoupler
The LITE-ON MOC308X series are 6-pin DIP zero-cross optoisolators with triac driver output, designed for high-voltage isolation applications. They offer a high isolation voltage of 5,000Vrms and a high repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 800V. These photocouplers are suitable for a wide range of AC motor drives, lighting controls, solid-state relays, and other power control applications requiring reliable isolation and switching. Available in various package types including dual-in-line, wide lead spacing, surface mounting, and tape and reel packaging, they also hold multiple safety and RoHS compliance certifications.
