The LTV-816/826/846 series are high-performance optocouplers from Lite-On Technology Corporation. These devices offer excellent input-output isolation voltage (5,000Vrms), a minimum current transfer ratio of 50% at IF=5mA and VCE=5V, and fast response times (typ. 4s).
