The LTV-356T series photocoupler offers high input-output isolation voltage (3,750Vrms) and high collector-emitter voltage (80V) in a compact mini-flat package with a 2.0mm profile. It features a current transfer ratio (CTR) of at least 50% at IF = 5mA, VCE = 5V.
