Product Overview

The LTV-0701 is a high gain series optocoupler from Lite-On Technology Corp., utilizing a light emitter diode and an integrated high gain photodetector to achieve exceptionally high current transfer ratios. It features separate pins for the photodiode and output stage, enabling TTL-compatible saturation voltage and high-speed operation. The device can be configured for conventional photodarlington operation by tying Vcc and Vo terminals together, and a base access terminal allows for gain bandwidth adjustment. This optocoupler is suitable for various digital logic ground isolation and line receiver applications.
