Product Description
The LTV-155E-L-DI optocoupler is designed for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter and power supply inverter applications. It features an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage, capable of delivering 1.5A peak output current to directly drive IGBTs up to 1200V/50A. For higher rated IGBTs, it can drive a discrete power stage. The optocoupler operates reliably over a temperature range of -40C to +105C.
